The double degree programme is an integrated study programme (also called joint study plan), established by two or more universities. It allows students to attend part of their university career at the University of Trento and another at a partner university, thus obtaining both the Italian and the foreign qualifications at the same time. Interested students may access the double degree programme only after passing the selection exams and according to the number of available places; the period they will spend abroad may vary from 2 to 4 semesters, depending on the agreements signed with partner universities; the double degree programme can be done at the undergraduate level, the graduate level or both. Students shall pursue a specific study plan, in line with the decisions taken by reference lecturers at partner universities. The programme aims at bringing different university systems closer, respecting the different national education modalities which are considered as a source of mutual enrichment. The programme pursues three main aims: diversification of the education, quality learning of a foreign language, deeper understanding of a different nation and culture.

EIT Digital Master School

The Master School technical majors include a common technical competence base and a specialisation/thesis part that has a focus on one of EIT Digital Thematic Action Lines (90 ECTS) and a fully standardized minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (30 ECTS).
The Master School integrates the European scope into the academic curriculum by adding cross-node mobility as a core ingredient. The students will spend their second year at a different university in another country. They will also travel to various European countries for joint kickoffs, summer schools, winter camps and events.
The education programme also includes internships at the partnering companies and provides management mentoring programmes. This allows close networking and hands-on activities that enables innovative careers.
In each node of EIT Digital there is a Co-location Centre (CLC) that act as meeting places for the students, researchers and industry partners and provide space for lectures and seminars.

Application Periods for 2023/24 intake will be published soon!
