The Electronics Educational Laboratory consists of 8 workstations that can host 3/4 people each, equipped with oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, power supply and soldering station. The laboratory is used as a transversal resource, both as a training facility for different study curricula and for research activities related to the creation, prototyping and characterization of both analog and digital circuits and electronic boards, including microcontrollers, FPGAs and modern SMD components.

Research activities

Alongside the educational activities, research is currently focused on the evaluation of high performance and low power FPGA-based computing architectures.

Equipment

Oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, power supplies, soldering stations, reflow station, microscope, and spare electronic components.
